If you purchased a reservation, a private proof gallery will be delivered via email within 7 business days following the competition date. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Should you feel you have not received an email containing your gallery link, please check your spam folder in your email.

If you did not purchase a reservation, a link to a gallery containing photos from throughout the day will be emailed to all directors within 7-10 business days following the competition completion date. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. There is no minimum purchase requirement. If you do not receive a link after this time period, please reach out to your directors.

Duet performances will be upon availability and will need to be scheduled Saturday morning in person at our table. Only performances Friday and on Saturday after 1:30PM are available at this time. If you are unsure what time your dancer performs, reach out to info@fernvaysonder.com.

Solo Performance Photography Reservation$15

Event Photography Agreement

By submitting this form and payment, you acknowledge and agree that the $15 reservation fee secures dedicated photographic coverage of the listed dancer’s solo performance at the specified competition. This fee guarantees that the performance will be photographed. The $15 reservation fee is non-refundable; however, it will be credited in full toward any image purchases made from the reserved solo performance gallery. Digital images from the reserved solo performance will be available for purchase at $20 per image unless otherwise noted.

Fernvay Sonder Travel & Photography retains full creative control and discretion over image selection, editing style, and final delivered proofs. While performance coverage is guaranteed, final image outcomes may be impacted by venue lighting, stage conditions, dancer movement, or venue restrictions beyond the photographer’s control.
